Our ISO consultation approach is based on Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) which is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of processes:
Stage 1 — Plan
Our consultant will guide you through preparing the required Management System documentation, manual and documented processes.
Stage 2 — Do

Who is eligible to attend training using the HRDCORP / HRDF fund?
All registered employers with HRDF and have paid the levy for the first month of registration are liable to apply for the training grant, subjected to the existing rate of financial assistance and terms and conditions.

What is ISO Certification?
International Standard Organization (ISO) certification is used to indicate that a business process, service, or documentation procedure has complied to all the requirements for standardization and best practices.

What is ISO Consultation?
A consultation programme to help organisation implements ISO management system from reviewing, developing, implementing, auditing and fine-tuning the organisational system until obtaining ISO certificate.

How much does ISO Certification cost?
The cost of ISO certification is determined by a number of factors, including internal resourcing capabilities, pre-existing management system documentation, organisation size, and the scope of products and services offered.

How long does it take to get ISO Certification?
The timeline from application until the issuance of certificate may take at least 3-9 months depending on the readiness of the client.
Fast-track ISO Certification process may be possible if required (eg. tenders due) but there are a range of factors that can affect timeframes

How long is an ISO Certificate valid for?
The ISO certificate is usually valid for three years, but the certification body will need to conduct a Surveillance audit every year to ensure that the organisation is still adhering to the ISO requirements.

My organization is a SME. Can I get ISO 9001 certified?
Yes, your organization can be certified as long as you can demonstrate compliance with the standard requirements. The size doesn’t matter, what matters more is your purpose of getting it.

What do I need to do to maintain ISO Certification?
Most ISO standards last for three years but demonstrating compliance will need to be evidenced annually. In other words, not following the guidelines of your chosen certification may result in the certificate being withdrawn.

Do the standards apply to my industry?
The standard requirements are applicable to all organizations regardless of type, size and product manufactured unless they are sector specific standards for instances IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 which are specifically applicable to the automotive industries and medical device industries, respectively.
