What is HACCP?

HACCP is a food safety management system which is established to help food establishments ensure the safety of food during preparation, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storage, transportation, distribution, handling or sale activities in the food supply chain. A HACCP system can assist your company produce safe food in a systematic and scientific approach by setting up critical control limits at critical control points during the food production process.

All registered employers with HRDF and have paid the levy for the first month of registration are liable to apply for the training grant, subjected to the existing rate of financial assistance and terms and conditions.
